This blanket is a great buy. It's super soft and large enough to actually wrap baby up and have some extra. It can also be doubled up and placed over baby in her car seat carrier for extra warmth. We got it in the white and it's very pretty. Our daughter is being baptized in January and since all the baptismal gowns are short sleeved, I wanted to have something to keep her warm. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this blanket for my daughter who had a boy three weeks ago. She loves the softness of the blanket, the silky feel of the binding and the size. So many of the blankets were simply too small for wrapping up a baby during the winter but this one was big enough without being too big. Only time will tell how the blanket holds up over the long run. Yet, it has been through a couple of washings and looks good - no pilling yet.

I bought this blanket for 2 reasons: 1.) I really wanted a blanket with satin trim 2.) I wanted one that was bigger than the other blankets I had. EVERY baby blanket was 30x40 which is just too small after about 3 months! This blanket is 36x45 which seems soooo much bigger. The satin trim is very soft and my 6month old loves running it in between her fingers at nap time and the rest of the blanket is super cuddly. I love wrapping her in it and rocking her to sleep. I know she is comfy and warm. I also like tossing it over her infant car seat when we are out and about-other smaller blankets would not cover it completely. I also bought the travel blanket size (20x20) and was just as satisfied-this one is much easier to toss in the diaper bag. I got this blanket in white and its just gorgeous and washes up beautifully. I would eventually like to get it in pink as well
